Despite TikTok being the shiny new object for social media and marketing, Instagram still reigns supreme when it comes to influencer marketing, according to Hashtag Pay Me, a creator-economy startup that helps influencers price sponsored posts.
"Sure, you can have viral moments, but selling out the feta cheese on every single grocery shelf is pretty rare," Hashtag Pay Me's founder and CEO Cynthia Ruff told Insider, referring to the challenges brands face standing out on TikTok.
